Netwerkradar

After the launch of our successfui iPhone App Merchant we received a number of complaints of people who had trouble playing the game because their Internet connection failed them. There wasn't much we could do for them, except help them report the problems to their provider.

This is what we did. We created an iPhone App called Netwerkradar. It just does one thing. You start it up when you have a bad or no internet connection. It checks whether there is a problem, and takes all the information your provider needs to see what the problem is.

The user can send his reports to our central server and we send them over to the right provider, who will then take the necessary steps to fix the problems (we hope).
